Nina Wild
9. - 12. April 2025

Nina has been a chef since she was a teenager. After numerous culinary careers, she won the Swiss Vegan Award in the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ category with her first pop-up ‘Häppli’.
Her passion is traditional Swiss cuisine - but her dishes are purely plant-based, seasonal and served with lots of love. Fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs and tried-and-tested recipes, reinterpreted - ‘just like at Grandma's’.
Authentic, hearty and full of flavour.

Corinna Venegas
April 5-8, 2023

Corinne Venegas, winner of Masterchef Switzerland 2023, has since turned her passion into a career and works as a freelance chef.
Her training as a wild herb expert in Appenzell has deepened her fascination for the diversity and beauty of the plant world. Inspired by nature, she creatively integrates forests and meadows into her dishes - always with attention to detail.

Micha Merz
23. - 26. April 2025

Micha has been self-employed in Zurich's catering industry since 2023. Nostalgia plays an important role in his projects and events. He cooks down-to-earth, contemporary food to a high standard. From February to the beginning of March, he will be a guest at Stazione Paradiso with a small team. We look forward to welcoming Micha to the ‘Damm für Dich’ for the third time at the beginning of April.

I tavoli del vagabondo
02. - 03. Mai 2025

Simon Schneeberger knows food not only from the kitchen, but also from its origins. He has spent the last four years working as a producer himself, developing an innovative catering concept on a farm and following the journey of the ingredients from the earth to the plate. He is now working in the Alps, where he continues to live his philosophy: cooking with what nature and the local people have to offer - direct, unadulterated and full of character.

At the pop-up, he brings this experience to the plate. His style is intuitive and characterised by the surroundings, the best products available and the joy of eating together. Not a rigid menu, but a lively composition of flavour, origin and craftsmanship. An experience for all those who not only enjoy good food, but also want to understand it.

Brenso
14.  - 17. Mai - 2025

Lorenzo Dal Bo from Bologna, Italy, realised after graduating from a science high school that cooking was his true calling. Since 2012, he has worked in some of the world's most prestigious restaurants, including Central, Noma, Da Vittorio, Koks and Silo in London. In his travels, he has focused on food systems that respect both the natural environment and the well-being of current and future generations.

He is driven by two central questions: What brings people together around a table? How can society reconnect with nature? Lorenzo favours regional, natural food, plant-based recipes and sustainable meat consumption according to the nose-to-tail philosophy.

Today, he is the owner and chef of BRENSO, a food project that presents an eclectic Italian style of cooking and places equal emphasis on flavour, aesthetics and health.

Every Thursday, Paul Blume himself will be present to tell you exciting stories about his wines and will also be happy to offer you the option of a coordinated wine pairing.

We are a wine import collective of restaurateurs (Zarina, Alexa, Patricia and Paul). We share a love of expressive wines and good food. Our winemakers have become close friends over the years, all of them treat their land with love and care - we look forward to sharing their stories with you!  Blume Wein stands for wines from living soils, so that the wine freaks of tomorrow can still discover exciting things.
